We may process the following personal data for the purpose of providing the Service to you.Personal Information you provide to us: We process information that is required for the provision of the Service (Midnight Runners events and membership products) and entered on the Service by you. For example, when you contact us through our website we will receive it with your name, email and request. These requests are sent encrypted through our third-party provider Squarespace and Zendesk).As a routine we delete these emails after 12 months. Furthermore, when contact is made on a third party platform or social network (such as Facebook/Instagram), that third party may provide us with the information based on your settings on that third party platform.The categories of personal data provided includes contact information like your first and last name, phone number or email address, account information (depending on the social media platform) like your profile picture or video, date of birth and age.In relation to the App. Our sign up process is managed by a mobile phone application called Heylo. Heylo have their own privacy policy.
